Glossary of statuses Plain-language meanings for every status and enumerated value you will meet in the interface, from applicant status through visa, welfare and invoice states.

Every status the interface can show, in one place. Statuses are shown as stored codes so this page is searchable against what you see in an API response or a filter.
Acronyms # The Philippine overseas-employment vocabulary, since it appears throughout the product.
DMW Department of Migrant Workers, the regulator that licenses agencies and issues job order approvals. Successor to POEA.
OEC Overseas Employment Certificate — the exit clearance. A worker cannot legally depart without one.
PEOS Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar, taken early by the applicant.
PDOS Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar, taken shortly before departure. Its certificate is a prerequisite for the OEC.
MWO / POLO Migrant Workers Office, formerly the Philippine Overseas Labor Office — the post abroad that verifies employment contracts.
OWWA Overseas Workers Welfare Administration. Membership is compulsory and tracked as a document.
PSA Philippine Statistics Authority, which issues birth and marriage certificates.
TESDA Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, which issues the National Certificate credentials. People and access # UserTypeMeaning STAFFAgency staff. RESERVED is worth calling out: it means acceptable but not selected now — a backup rather than a rejection.
